What model and model number Roku are you having trouble with?
When seeking help it's always a good idea to report your Roku model, model number, and Roku software version as shown via Settings > System > About. In many cases Roku will retain a model name when bringing out new versions, so the model number is important. Different models have different features and capabilities, and some things depend on the Roku version you are running. If we have this information to start with, you can get targeted suggestions more quickly.
Some wifi connection problems lately have been caused by updates to router software pushed by internet providers. Here's one that sounds like it might apply if your Roku is one with single band wifi that only works in the 2.4 GHz wifi band (notably Express non-4K models and Premiere models with model numbers above 4620):
ROKU LOCATES NETWORK AND REPORTS NETWORK QUALITY BUT CANNOT CONNECT
Some router updates have changed the router's connection settings on the 2.4 GHz wifi band from b/g/n to just g/n, causing Rokus connecting to the 2.4 GHz wifi band to lose their ability to connect to the network. The solution is to set the router's configuration for the 2.4 GHz band back to using b/g/n.
If you need to make configuration changes on equipment supplied by your internet provider but you have no access to its settings, you may need to request your internet provider to make the changes for you.
