On my Roku Ultra's and Roku LTE in the Spectrum App., the Channel guide pops up every 30 minutes on its own. While watching TV. I've already checked with Spectrum as they just had a maintenance preformed on Monday of this week. I spoke with their techs and they can't find any known issues. This is making me crazy. My daughter is blind and requires the screen reader to be used. That voice can be very annoying. It also pops up on the TV's not using the screen reader. So it's not that. Please help.

It's the same on mine. I have the Ultra LT and Streaming Stick + and it displays the channel info every 30 minutes. Also, if I am watching an On Demand show in the Spectrum app and its in that 30 minutes timeframe, it will reset the show and I have to restrat the show.
