I struggled with this issue before and posted a solution on 8/31/2021. I know it involved using regedit to change some values. For the life of me, I cannot find my former post. Is there anyone who can help?

I've already exhausted the traditional steps. As I mentioned, I identified a solution and posted it on 8/31/2021 (username ruggrawk), but am unable to access that post.

No thanks to the stock response on this site, I did find the information I was looking for. One of these two options did the trick for me:

(In my case, I switched from .137 to .173)

Kindly refrain from scrubbing this post from your site since it is the ONLY solution that has ever worked for me. I believe it will benefit many other people as well.
