Can I take my Streaming Stick 4k with me on an international vacation?

We are taking a vacation to Norway, and we would like to take our Streaming Stick 4k along. Is it possible to use this device in an international setting, and stream American shows?

Maybe... to some extent... Many apps will do some amount of location-checking, so you may get some stuff and not other stuff.
