Bob Ross Channel Loop After the commercial breaks

Since the new commercial graphics were installed, Bob Ross channel starts at the beginning of the episode after each commercial break. @Roku, test your code. It's pointing back at the starting point of the episode instead of where the episode left off at the break. I'd start with the new graphics to check.

Re: Bob Ross Channel Loop After the commercial breaks

Hi @BonnieM,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand that you are having trouble with the commercial on your channel. In some cases, removing the channel and then reinstalling it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below, making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.

  1. Remove the channel. Highlight the channel tile on your Home screen and press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu. Select remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku Device. Home > Settings > System > Power. "If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step." System restart.
  3. Reinstall the channel. Visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

If the problem persists, keep us posted on what you find out!

Best regards,

Chel
