Arabic titles and apps with Arabic contents show as square’s

My Roku ultra does not show any Arabic contents ( all files with Arabic titles does not show ) and there is no Arabic language in settings

Roku only officially supports certain regions of the world none of which are Arabic.  It also has limited support for different languages and character sets.
