My old tv died so I got a Samsung and installed the Roku app. The app has everything but no access to my Roku Settings on my new TV.

I've already tried reinstall

The Roku app on your new Samsung TV doesn't provide access to Roku device settings. To manage your Roku settings, you'll need to use an actual Roku device or a mobile device with the Roku app. Reinstalling won't fix this, as Samsung TVs don't support full Roku settings.
