Re: troubleshooting common issues

Hi @Randyarvelo07,

Welcome, and thanks for posting here in the Roku Community!

We're glad to assist you with some of the most effective methods for troubleshooting common issues on a Roku TV. Please be advised that not all steps are applicable to every issue, and it is always a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. First off, we highly suggest restarting your Roku TV by just unplugging it from the wall outlet and plugging it back in. It's quick, easy, and can solve most minor issues. We also recommend restarting your modem and router, which can help clear the cache, improve internet speeds, and keep your router protected from cyberattacks. Using cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot can also be useful if your internet is unstable. Furthermore, we advise removing the channel, restarting the system, and re-adding the affected channel for a channel that is buffering or crashing, depending on whether there will be an error code.

We hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Eunice
