setting up TCL roku smart TV to have access to direct tv that is provided by the building

purchased TCL roku smart tv for brother in nursing home.  Nursing has direct TV for residents.  Cannot figure out to how add Direct TV with out the app wanting me to puchase a package.

Thanks for the post.

How are the residents in the nursing home able to utilize the DirectTV provided? Is there a feed that is provided to connect to a TV or are they able to provide the credentials to authenticate the channel? The issue you are experiencing would appear to need further information from the nursing home.
