purchased TCL roku smart tv for brother in nursing home. Nursing has direct TV for residents. Cannot figure out to how add Direct TV with out the app wanting me to puchase a package.

How are the residents in the nursing home able to utilize the DirectTV provided? Is there a feed that is provided to connect to a TV or are they able to provide the credentials to authenticate the channel?
