Have you tried resetting your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 30 seconds and then re-pair it? If not, we highly recommend it. After doing so, kindly check for system updates on your Roku streaming device by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > System update > Check Now.
