When I switch from TV to Roku,  the tv sounds stays on.  Any one help me? I have Roku on HMDI 3 and cable is hooked to HMDI 4 on LG tv

• Do you have any other device/s connected to your TV?
• What settings are selected on your Roku device? Under Settings > Audio > HDMI

When I switch from cable/tv to Roku, the cable/tv sound continues to play.   I have switched ports and replugged in everything.  Why wouldn't the audio follow the switch as the video does?
