Wireless headphones stop working after turning off/on

Same here. It's random and extremely frustrating. One detail we noticed is that the Icon for the wireless headphone volume shows the headphone crossed out. Sort of like a Mute symbol but you can adjust the volume. It's extremely confusing.  Either its mute or you can control the volume.   Just like reported by the others, we restart Roku. We turn on and off the headphones.
One of the triggers is when the Roku asks if there is anyone watching. Its like it punishes you for taking too long to respond even in the given period.
