TCL television. Purchased brand new and setup a year ago with no issue.
Turned tv on today and received purple screen ‘Recovery Mode’.
I am able to connect to wifi network no problem, tv processes update to completion and goes straight back to Recovery Mode screen. Have done entire process at least 10 times with same result.
Tv does not recognize hotspot as available network and no other open wifi to choose from.
Have downloaded software to USB and get error message saying some elements cannot be saved.
Router has been restarted multiple times
Please offer solution.
Try contacting TCL. You may get better service from them.

With all due respect, you know nothing on that page will actually provide a solution that makes the tv operational again.
Prior to posting I read and thru and tried every option option offered, nothing worked.
