So I've taken the batteries out of my remotes, but my tv still rewinds whatever I'm watching by ten seconds. This is a new TV. I hear the remote beep noise the TV makes, and then it rewinds. all of my remotes are disconnected. I've unplugged my TV, Factory Reset it, and restarted it. Issue persists.
