Disconnect the internet from your TV restart your TV if your Roku TV does not have internet access the agreement will not pop up

Once you disconnect the internet restart your TV then go into your TV settings and make sure that the Wi-Fi is turned off and the Roku TV does not have access to the Wi-Fi this will allow you to still use the TV but you're going to have some type of a device to have TV service or PlayStation or whatever you will not be able to use any of the Roku functionality but you'll be able to use your TV

all you have to do is us the roku phone app and you can watch what ever you want without agreeing SHAME ON YOU ROKU

Tried that. Wouldn't work for me. No amount of button pressing or rebooting or whatever gets the TV past the agree prompt. TCL 65" Roku Smart TV 4K

I believe you still have to agree to all of this with their app as well and their website...It's a blanket statement for using their services. That's the terms of service you have to read/agree to before downloading the app and they don't always notify you when they update those for the app.... Especially if you have auto update on your apps
