TV keeps kicking me out of apps and taking me to HBO

my TV keeps kicking me out of apps, and like a second later it takes me to HBO which I don’t want

 

i am trying to find my remote too but I can’t find it idk what to do

It sounds like your remote might be stuck in some cushions with the HBO button pressed.
