I have a TCL roku tv.  Everytime there is an update, I have go through the setup like it's brand new TV.  Is this normal? Every 3-4 weeks, I turn on the TV and I get prompted to go through setup like the day I bought it.  I have to connect to wi-fi, connect my roku account, etc. Is this normal? It's really annoying.

It's not normal.  You can try a factory reset, but I don't know if that would be any different than what it seems to be doing on its own.  If it's still under warranty, contact TCL.  If it's not, they won't help you.
