TCL Roku TV no audio from tv speakers.

TCL Roku TV won't play sound audio out of the TV's speakers.

Settings:

Audio output- TV speakers 

Preferred streaming format- auto

Digital Output format - stereo

 TV inputs- cable TV, HDMI2 (HDMI 1 didn't work either.)

Please help!

Did it ever work?  Is there anything plugged into the headphone jack?  Have you tried unplugging the power briefly?
