Turned on TCL 85" model 85S410R TV tonight and no menu would come up. Screen is black. Power comes on however nothing on screen. Tv lights up but no menu appears. Called support and followed instructions on unplugging from wall waiting several min, to holding down power button and then holding down to factory reset button on back of tv as the instructions. Nothing happened other than the tv talks to us telling us to hit the home button, we do and nothing comes on. It continues to repeat a system message stating "the screen reader is on to assist people with visual impairment" "powering off". Help are there any fixes to this 4 month old tv?

We understand how frustrating a blank screen can be, and we're here to help you get back to enjoying your favorite shows.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
**Check the Basics**
1. **Power Supply**: Ensure the TV is securely plugged in and the power outlet works.
2. **Cable Connections**: Verify that all cables (power, HDMI, etc.) are firmly connected to the TV and your source device (e.g., cable box, game console).
3. **Input Source**: Make sure your TV is set to the correct input source (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2, AV).
**Wake-Up Mode**: Some TVs have a "wake-up" mode. Press any button on the remote or the TV to wake your TV.
**HDMI-CEC**: Ensure that HDMI-CEC is enabled on your TV. This feature allows connected devices to control each other. Check your TV's settings for the HDMI-CEC option to enable it.
**Restart Your TV**:Turn off your TV, wait a few moments, and then turn it back on. Alternatively, unplug the TV from the power source, wait 10–15 seconds, and then plug it back in.
**Factory Reset**: You can perform a factory reset as a last resort.
Please note that this will erase all settings and data on your TV. For specific instructions on how to do this, refer to your TV's user manual.
We hope one of these steps helps you resolve the issue!
Thanks,
Arjiemar
Did you contact TCL? They would be the ones that have to honor the warranty.

Hello, I have a 55 Inch Roku TCL that I’ve had a year or so, out of nowhere my screen went black. I could see and hear that it is on and have reset the TV using the reset button on the rear of the TV. After resetting a fully lit recovery page popped up. After adding my WiFi info it went into an update mode which rebooted my tv. The Roku screen then came on for a few seconds, then the screen returned to black as it was in the beginning.
I’ve unplugged it and pluged it back in and put it into different outlets, and the indicator light always came on, I tried other power cords but it didn’t help.
The serial number is 2108GTC010797W06213
Please Help! Thank you!
