TCL ROKU TV NOT RESPONDING TO ALEXA. I HAVE 3 NEW TV'S AND NONE OF THEM WILL RESPOND TO ALEXA.

PLEASE HELP!

DOES YOUR TV SHOW THAT IT IS ON ALL THE TIME IN THE ALEXA APP DEVICES LIST, EVEN WHEN IT(THE TV) IS OFF AND/OR UNPLUGED?
