Scan lines and pink lines seem to be fixed on os 12.0.0 build 4178. However still getting some kind of blinking/light flicker. Not sure what is causing.

I’ve had that as well. Try a system restart in the power menu.

So i just got a brand new roku tv and when i tried to play on my ps4 after getting off for a few hours i was met with a black screen i tried looking for a software update and tried new hdmi cords but none worked so i just wanted to watch youtube so i go on youtube it looks normal so i go on a video but i hear everything fine but no screen its just completely black.

I think I've run into this issue a handful I've times. You could try restarting the TV (not factory reset} under the power options in system settings and see if that helps. Good luck!
