TCL 4-series horizontal line on screen

I have a TCL 4-series (43S425), and there has been a thin horizontal line near the middle of the display for a while now. It’s white most of the time, and flickers different colours depending on what is displayed close to the bottom of the screen. It shows on all modes of the TV, and every HDMI input. Does anybody know what is causing this or how it can be fixed?

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

This may be related to a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
