Xfinity Stream app was updated from 6.9 build 0 to 6.10 build 0. According to Xfinity this will address sound fluctuation issues reported using the Xfinity Stream app. I updated the app today. Let's see if this addresses the issue.

I have a Streambar pro and the sound is cutting in and out. It is very annoying. I have reset it changed cables and it still does this. Please help.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels installed on your Roku? Also, in Settings > Audio > Audio mode, what setting do you have selected? Does the same issue occur if you change the setting to Stereo, etc.? Please reply here as well with the serial number of your Roku Streambar. This can be found in Settings > System > About.

Hit the * while watching something and sound options should appear.. change sound leveling to off.
