Spectrum says ive subbed to their tv service but i did not

Is anyone having this problem?  I keep getting charged for Spectrum TV, this happened 3 times already.  The thing is Spectrum says its happened via Roku. I dont have the app on the roku and spectrum tv is not coming up on my sub history or billing when i check my account.  Its annoying and i wonder if anyone has had this problem with Spectrum

@Pavis, if you have multiple Roku devices you may have inadvertently set up multiple Roku accounts.  Check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About.  In addition, did you ever give away or sell an old device that could have been linked to a different account?
