Speakers disconnect after 5/10 mins
I had an ongoing issue myself with my wireless subwoofer. It would connect then disconnect in 5-10 mins. Checking my router I saw errors. This was coming from the iRobot Roomba vacuum dock/charger we have something with the WiFi on it caused devices to disconnect. I unplugged the roomba and all speakers stay connected. It was 10 fr from the wireless subwoofer. My advise is to ensure there is nothing else nearby using WiFi. I am not sure if this was a signal/channel issue or not but it works now. Funny to I have the soundbar, 4 speakers and a sub. Love the package and so far it’s been great.

Hi @Flash0214,
We're glad to hear that your Roku Wireless Subwoofer is working again after you identified the root cause of the problem — possible signal interference from your iRobot Roomba Vacuum Cleaner.
Let us know if you encounter any other issues; we're here to help!

Re: Speakers disconnect after 5/10 mins
This still disconnecting took it to another room and connected to my other system. Same thing disconnects and will not reconnect after a short amount of time.

Re: Speakers disconnect after 5/10 mins
Thanks for the update! @Flash0214
It seems there is an issue with the Roku speakers disconnecting after just a couple of minutes. I would love to help you with this, but I need more information so we can figure it out together. Could you please provide me with the following details?
- Besides just switching it from one TV to another, have you tried any other ways to fix the problem?
- Have you seen any error messages before it disconnects?
- What about your other devices? Are they acting up like your speakers?
In the meantime, can you try this: Go to Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check now. Once updated, do a quick System Restart to reboot the device. Here's a link for more detailed instructions.
Let me know how it went!

Re: Speakers disconnect after 5/10 mins
Hi @Flash0214
Thanks for the update!
Have we checked if everything is securely connected? Or can you try using different ports? Regarding your question about the warranty, these devices do have one, but it depends on where and when you purchased them. If you have any more questions, just let me know!
Best,
