Hi Y’all,

In the past week, my Roku Streaming Bar started acting weird. It used to turn off everything (bar and TV) when I hit the power button on my Roku controller, or when the TV turned off by the sleep timer. 

It’s still working fine on the other two TVs with the same Roku Bar setup, so IDK why it’s now not working right on this particular TV. It’s a Samsung. 

any trouble shooting advice?

Same problem after roku and tv went dead. Installer returned and went thru lots of screens to change some setting and it worked to turn off TV and soundbar simultaneosly for about 2 days. Suddenly, roku remote will turn off TV, but doesn't turn off soundbar. Remote shows Speaker icon with X on side which I think is to mute temporarily. Pressing it will silence the soundbar after turning off TV, but I don't think this button is to turn off the soundbar. Calling technician unless someone has a suggestion to fix. Thanks!

Hope you can find it. Simple fix was to do a Settings/System/Reset -- but follow instructions at the bold face subject above.
