Roku tv stuck in between on and off screen turns on and acts like it’s going to work the. Turns off

My Sanyo tv keeps trying to turn on and off when it turns on the screen comes on and then the red light at the bottom blinks a few times then turns off I have unplugged it and reset the tv on the back.

 The issue you are experiencing may be related to a hardware issue. 

Have you tried contacting Sanyo support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
