Not sure if the following will help, but Item 2 below is likely the issue.
In Settings:
1. In Privacy > Smart TV Experience. Make sure no boxes are checked.
2. In System. Make sure no boxes are checked for "Store Display Mode"
Note: Your menu may be different from mine.
I have seen people run into item 2 being activated if they bought the Display Unit from the store or accidently set it up when the TV was first configured.
