I have been trying to set up my roku tv in my dorm. I have previously used it on the dorm wifi with no issue. I have checked that there are no issues from the university wifi side. When I click network, it shows me that I am connected and the signal is strong. If i try to connect again, it will sometimes give me the “are you in a hotel or dorm” pop up, so I connect to the roku network but the TV will connect to the network before the browser pop-up even shows up. So even though the network settings so it is connected, all of the apps say it is not connected to the internet so I cannot watch anything.
