I tried everything to turn my 58 inch Roku tcl tv on. The LED light below the tv is stay lighting when I plugged the tv in. I am not able to turn in on with the tv remote or the buttons behind the tv. I tried the reset button behind and the reset combination on the tv remote. The plug in the wall works, the cable of the tv works but the tv just doesn’t turn on. I tried three working Roku remotes and it still doesn’t turn on. Roku doesn't make the TVs.  You should contact TCL as it sounds like a major hardware failure.
