I know this is a topic that continues to show up throughout the years but I feel my situation is unique. I was given a Hisense Roku tv without a remote. I did a factory reset and bought the streambar se which also came with a remote, but it’s now stuck on “let’s get started”.

This remote works partially. It shows the volume being turned up, and I can power the TV on and off, but the arrows don’t work, nor does the “OK” button. I’m not sure if there’s a way to pair the remote directly to the tv, I checked online sources and the remotes aren’t the same.

I don't think the Streambar SE comes with a Wi-Fi direct remote and that's what you'd need to pair it with the TV.  All it can do is turn the TV off and on and control the volume.  You need a Roku voice remote, a Roku TV remote, or a universal remote that supports Roku TVs.

The link you sent for the remote looks like the one I got in the soundbar box. I really did get a remote with my Roku soundbar se. I got it from Best Buy, maybe that’s why?

I think they look the same, but they're not.
