PC won't find roku tv please help me out

So I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure this out. My windows 10 laptop will not show my roku tv in action center, and I can't figure out a way to find it. And it seems that there are no free apps for mirroring on roku search anymore. Does anyone know if there's any apps that are still available on roku and windows 10?

I rarely use mirroring, but when I have, I press Winkey-K and my Roku devices will show up after several seconds.  I can't say I've ever used the action center.
