I was gone for a couple days and when I tried to watch a show on my tv (tcl roku tv 7128x I think a 2019) the remote is allowing me to select a couple menu items but when I got to select an app or any menu item that would actually change something it won't respond. Changed the batteries on the remote no difference. I was able to use my phone app successfully, and I updated the software and it's showing I'm on 12.0. It didn't make any difference to the functionality of the remote. Is the remote just dead?
