So I turn my bedroom tv off every day when I get up and go about my day. I go to bed tonight and try to log into Hulu… it wants me to sign into Hulu, no big deal. However I go to Hulu.com/activate and enter the code… it has me do it five times until I gave up. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue

Hulu had an outage a few hours ago so this may be related to your issue. (many reports of login issues).
