Roku setup

Last night our Roku Ultra received an update and now today the screen is half size with the bottom half having thick green and purple vertical lines.  Here is what I have done and nothing has worked.

1.  Verified it is not my TV but turning on and watching a blu-ray disk.

2.  Unplugged Roku ultra for 15 seconds

3.  Factory reset my Roku Ultra

4. Tried different screen settings but nothing changes

This was after the update last night.  I need help to get this fixed.

Try using a different HDMI cable (maybe the one from your DVD player) and using a different HDMI port and then go into Roku Settings/Display Type and selecting the 720p setting under "Manual Settings" and see if that helps resolve it.

What model of the Ultra is this affecting (from settings/system/about) and what is the Software Version showing? (same settings screen will give this info).
