I have this 55” screen TLC Roku TV, had it about a year, never really moved it around and the screen is glitching         
( greenish), a section of the bottom is duplicating the top, it comes and goes. How can I solve this issue.

Mine is doing the same thing all of a sudden. Sounds like a bug with a recent update maybe.

Thanks for letting us know that your Roku TV screen is glitching. We would be more than willing to assist you with this concern.

Before we continue, please provide the following details:

• Could you please provide us with a photo of the TV screen? How do I upload images?
• If you can still see the Home screen on your Roku TV could you please check the software version? (This can be found in Settings > System > About)
• When did you start to notice the issue?
• Does it all happen from all of your Roku TVs?

Providing this information will help us to look closely into the issue. In the meantime, I recommend you try to switch the power source of your Roku TV to another power outlet. You can also try to System restart the Roku device by following these steps: Press Home on your Roku remote > Scroll and select Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
