I have 3 Roku Tvs plagued with issues. Regardless of model, age, or size there has never once been an update available. Clearly never will be. They seem to just sell the TVs but do not provide any further enhancements, updates, or fixes to the vast majority of TVs they sell. My Vizio and Sony TVs receive an update at least every few months. Roku used to be good but now seem to just sell junk and leave the consumers begging for help. That they will never receive.
