Mines having the same problem. Even if it tries to update, the highest its gotten to is like 30 something percent before saying to try again later. It's stuck on the network and choosing the connection page and I can't do anything. I even tried resetting the TV itself and nothing. Everytime it turns back on, it goes straight back to trying to update.

If you are experiencing an issue connecting to your wireless network after updating to the latest OS 11.5 build, we would recommend rebooting your wireless network to see if you are still experiencing the same issue.
For troubleshooting purposes, we would also recommend trying to connect to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are seeing the same issue occur.

I communicated with two Roku representatives, both of whom told me the exact same steps, and tried to upload from a USB drive to no avail. Eventually, I took my TV on-site to attempt the download through a different network, which seemed to work. The download went through so quickly, and when I brought the tv back home, it worked well and had been working ever since.
