I have a TCL Roku TV 32-inch and I just got my new Voice Remote Pro 2, and so I want to update to OS 13. However, it is not updating automatically, and when I tried to manually update, it said that the TV was up to date, which is very untrue (It is on OS 12.5.5). Nothing on the support website, nothing here already, and so I don’t really know. Solution?

13.0 is still rolling out.  Nobody knows how Roku decides when devices receive updates and it can take months for all devices to get updated.  I think TVs are generally last.
