I tried every reset option with the remote and nothing work. The light of the tv come on at the bottom near the tv brand name and stays white. Before it was red. I cannot see anything to make any selection on the screen: the screen turn on with the sound but no picture

@shavonne71, if you can shine a bright light on your TV and see a picture, your backlight has probably failed.  It seems to be a common problem with Roku TVs from several manufacturers.  If it's still under warranty, contact the manufacturer:
