Roku TV connection with no strong signal
Hi:
I changed my internet/TV/phone provider to Mediacom/Xtream today. My computer was able to connect to the new wireless router. It use the same user I.D. and password as the old router. But I tried again and again to connect the Roku TV to the wireless network, but no luck. I removed power from the router for a few minutes and then let it reset itself. Still cannot connect the TV. The Roku show a very strong signal, but appears to not recognize my router password.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Ron reeland

Welcome to the Roku Community, @RonReeland!
Thanks for reaching out here. We'd be happy to share some steps to help you connect to your network connection successfully.
Kindly try to reset your network connection under Settings > Advance system settings > Network connection reset > Reset connection. After doing so, kindly attempt to connect to your new network connection again.
