Roku TV after last update keeps randomly going back to home screen

I have a tcl 55r617 tv and since it upgraded to build 10 4165-30 the tv is randomly going back to the home screen while watching stuff stream on multiple different channels. device fv297t562153 and it is only doing it on this tv with the update the other tv has a stick with a different version and it works fine. What can I do?

My TV updated today and now it's randomly but very frequently rebooting itself and a reset didn't work. I'm losing my mind here.
