Everytime we play Paramount Plus the tv shuts down. I've tried updating the app as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it but with no luck. It's really frustrating. Any ideas?
Try adding a System Restart being uninstall and reinstall of Paramount.
The correct procedure for a suspect channel/app issue..
1. Uninstall channel/app from Roku device
2. Perform a System Restart (Settings/System/Power/System Restart)
3. Reinstall channel/app
