Roku TCL 50” 4K HDR TV Green Bars in Menus and melted picture quality on all picture settings except “Movie”.
So for a month and a half now I’ve had these green pixelated bars on my menu tab to change sleep timer or picture settings and stuff but it never affected my screen it was only a weird bug in the menu tab.
But last night I left my Xbox on accidentally but my tv was off from a sleep timer and when I went and turned it on and went to connect to the hdmi channel it was on it was super distorted and dark and the pixels looked melted together and so was my tv menus and other apps like Hulu and Netflix but oddly enough the Home Screen looked fine. At first thought it was my Xbox but I changed my picture settings to movie and everything looks fine again. Even the apps like Hulu and Netflix went to looking fine again. But every other picture settings just makes my screen look melted together and super dark. I just got this tv back in October of 2020 so I’m hoping it’s not broken since it’s been well taken care of or if this is just some really bad bug in the recent update.
