I had Toshiba tv with Roku Express in Living Room. I bought a new Roku TV replacing the Toshiba. Now several months later I want to set up the Toshiba in another room. The Toshiba never had a remote controller with it. Now, after connecting the Roku Express to it all I get is a blue line at bottom of screen saying no video signal. Can someone offer some suggestions?

I assume you're pressing a button on the TV to turn it on?  There must be another button nearby to change the input/source the TV is using.
