Roku Subwoofer not pairing to Roku tv after trying every method in the support page

I recently had bought my Roku subwoofer from Best Buy and I tried connecting  it to my Roku TV ,that already has Roku speakers, and it just won’t pair. I’ve tried every method in the Roku support page for pairing your subwoofer but it’s just not working. The subwoofer seems to work fine its pair light is blinking it’s getting power and everything . Any help would be appreciated.
