I’m currently using the basic streambar (9102R) for a few months now when suddenly the speaker sound is blown when the slightest base is heard. It does it whether streaming or through basic cable. Any help with would be appreciated.

1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System Restart.

I'm sorry, how the heck did this response get put in as a solution? This is not at all a solution to sound problems like this. No follow-up from the original poster saying it worked? Definitely not a solution.

I totally did not work. I just went and bought a Bose speaker, so much better.

That in no way solved my issue. I bought a different brand and everything is fine now.
