I purchased my TCL roku TV used. I did the factory reset and everything was working beautifully. I just tried to subscribe to the Disney Hulu bundle advertized on my TV but even though I entered my email it's pulling an email and cc# that aren't mine. When I scanned the qr code to try it that way it says "welcome Athena" and that is not me. What can I do?
