Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Who is your ISP (internet service provider)? What wireless frequency is your router set to? Are you experiencing the same issue if you connect your Roku Streambar to another wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot?

We had a Roku express and wanted to replace it with a streambar pro. Piece of cake but then it would not hook up to our wireless setup. Hooked up the express again and it worked. Contacted support. A Roku support staff went through what could be the problem with the streambar pro. He decided it was a "hardware" problem and advised me to return it to Amazon. I returned it and replaced it with a streambar. Installing was easy and it has worked without any problems since installing it.
