My picture randomly goes black but there is still sound. It happens only when actively streaming a show. I can navigate back to the menu with full picture but when I watch something the screen is black. This has happened a few times now and I should not have to reset my Roku every time! Please help.
I have a sharp tv but again, the picture is fine when I'm not streaming.
